- Off-lease / decommissioned secondary market: sourcing enterprise GPU servers and data-center hardware coming off lease or being decommissioned, with condition verification and chain-of-custody documentation as part of the due-diligence discipline.
- New-equipment / manufacturer channel: direct procurement of brand-new server hardware, including an existing Supermicro sales relationship as a potential channel.
- Kept clearly labeled as a separate capability so the independence of the due-diligence and advisory line is not undercut when AICT is not the transacting party on a given deal.
